The Board of Dirctors of the Company in its meeting held on 30th March, 2024 approved the sale and transfer of 1,45,60,942 equity shares held by the Company in Vizag Seaport Private Limited to Shripriya Ports Private Limited for a consieration of Rs.24,27,32,564 and 4,35,956 equity shares to Mr.Ragam Kishore for a consideration of Rs.72,67,436 on the terms and conditions as contained in Share Purchase Agreement to be executed between the company and the respective buyers.
