The details required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is given in the enclosed Annexure-I; 2. Considered and approved Change of name of the Company from 'A.K.Spintex Limited' to 'Sunrakshakk Industries India Limited or Sunrakshakk India Limited' or any other name as may be approved by Central Registration Center, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and subject to necessary approval. The details required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is given in the enclosed (Annexure II). | |
