AK Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on February 05, 2022 through Video Conferencing, inter alia, to transact the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.<BR><BR>3. To consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 and to fix Record date for the purpose of Interim Dividend, if declared at the Board Meeting.<BR><BR>The trading window for Designated Persons including their Immediate Relatives pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, including amendment thereto, has been closed from January 01, 2022 till the second trading day after the dissemination of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2021 to the Stock Exchange.
