| We would like to inform you that Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Alan Scott Industries Limited) ('the Company') has intimated BSE Limited ('BSE/Stock Exchange') of all the events and information which has an impact on the operation and performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information etc. as required to be disclosed under the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Therefore, the movement in Company''s share price is purely market driven and due to market conditions on which the Company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons. The Company reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and we will keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of any information as required under the said regulations as and when any such event occurs. | |
