Alembic Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on May 25, 2020, inter alia, to transact the following transactions :<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company which was closed from April 01, 2020, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
