Pursuant to Sub-clause (7A) inserted under clause A in part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement), 2015 we wish to inform you that M/S SAHEJ & COMPANY Chartered Accountants (FRN: 020149C) vide its letter dated 22nd November, 2022 have resigned as the statutory auditors of the company with effect from 22nd November, 2022, for reasons stated in the Annexure. The company agrees with the reasons given by the auditor M/S SAHEJ & COMPANY for the resignation that the due to increase in scalability of operation of the company which they are not in position to devote sufficient time to the affairs of the company.
