In terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2019/140 dated 21st November 2019, we enclose herewith relevant disclosures of defaults on payment of interest/repayment of principal amount on loans from banks/financial institutions as on 04th August,2024 initial date was 26th May,2023 in specified formats. Further, we wish to inform you that that the dispute has been reigstered with the DRT Jabalpur. A stay has been granted by the tribunal preventing any action by the bank and the next hearing is scheduled for February 2025.
