Alicon Castalloy Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 16, 2022, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Approval of the audited standalone financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022;<BR><BR>2. Approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the 4th quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022; and<BR><BR>3. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company has been closed for Directors/Officers and other Designated employees from April 01, 2022 to May 18, 2022 (both days inclusive).
