We refer to our earlier communication dated 28th September, 2020 regarding closure of trading window (for the purpose of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020) starting from 29th September, 2020 until the expiry of 48 hours after the date on which the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> The Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 having been communicated to the Stock Exchanges, today i.e. 06th November, 2020, the trading window shall open on 09th November, 2020.<BR>
