This is to inform you that today i.e. 26th September, 2025, the Company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement with Alkem Wellness Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for transfer of the trade generics business as a going concern, on a slump sale basis, effective from 01st October, 2025.
