Dear Sir/ Madam,<BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, read with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, we would like to inform you that, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2020 for the Officers, Designated Persons and Connected Persons till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on September, 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> <BR>
