Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> This is with reference to an earlier announcement dated 04th September, 2020 regarding extension of time for conducting Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2019-20 by a period of 2 months. <BR> However ROC Delhi Vide Order No. ROC/Delhi/AGM Ext./2020/11538 dated 08th September, 2020 has extended the time for holding the AGM for the Financial Year ended on 31.03.2020 by a period of 3 Months, for those companies which are unable to hold their AGM within the due date in accordance with provisions of Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR> <BR> The Company intends to avail the extension granted by the ROC and will inform you the date of conducting the Annual General Meeting in due course.<BR>
