| ALLIED DIGITAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Designated/Connected Persons from Monday, July 1, 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, to the Stock Exchanges . | |
