Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the following by way of circular resolutions today i.e. January 6, 2023:
1. Appointment of Mr. Mr. Kamal Pal Hoda (DIN: 09808793) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from January 6, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders.
2. Resignation of Mr. N. Ravi Vishwanath (DIN: 07332234) from the post of Directorship of the Company with effect from January 6, 2023.
3. Reconstitution of Audit Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by inclusion of Mr. Kamal Pal Hoda in place of Mr. N Ravi Vishwanath.
