| This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. May 8, 2023 (Monday), inter-alia, has considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015('LODR'), we are enclosing herewith the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditor's Report of an unmodified opinion, for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of LODR and the same will also be available on the Company's official website at - www.allsectech.com We are also submitting herewith the declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of LODR from the Chief Financial Officer of the Company on the unmodified opinion of the Auditors.
