Pursuant to the Provision of regulation 30(4)(i) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that one of our wholly owned subsidiary company namely Almondz Global Infra- Consultant Limited (AGICL) has received Notice of Debarment by one of its client viz NHAI from bidding for NHAI projects for period of Two Years w.e.f. 13th March, 2024. The subsidiary Company i.e. AGICL is in process of challenging the order before the appropriate Court/Forum.
