The Company regrets to inform about the sad demise of Sri Sreeramakrishna Grandhi (DIN: 06921031), Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on Monday, 31st July, 2023 which was intimated to the Company by the family members of Sri Sreeramakrishna Grandhi, today i.e. 1st August, 2023. His sudden and unexpected passing will be an irreparable loss to the Company. All the Directors, shareholders and employees of the Company convey their deep sympathy and sincere condolences to his family. We request you take the above intimation on your record in compliance with Regulations 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
