AMAL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/10/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, inter alia, to consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2024. Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2024 to October 20, 2024 (both days inclusive).
