AMARA RAJA BATTERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our letter dated September 30, 2021, intimating the date of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 12, 2021 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2021, we now wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at the said meeting would also consider, inter-alia, payment of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company, for the Financial Year 2021-22.<BR> <BR>
