AMARJOTHI SPINNING MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is convened to be held on Friday, the 09th February 2024 inter-alia to consider and approve the following matters 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2023 and any other matters with the consent of the Board. 2. Recommendation of appointment of Statutory Auditor by filling casual vacancy through postal ballot mechanism.
