Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we would like to inform you that the Share Purchase Agreement as entered between Mr. SureshBabu Malge (Proposed Acquirer) and Mr. Omkar Herlekar (Promoter) dated July 23, 2019 stands terminated in the instance of proposed acquirer due to delay in receipt of statutory NOC vide termination agreement dated April 13, 2022.
