Board has considered and approved the following: 1. The Notice of the (28th) Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with Directors report for the financial year 2021-22. 2. The 28th AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 12.00 noon through Video conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual means (OAVM). 3. Appointment of M/s Amit R. Dadheech & Associates, Company Secretaries as a scrutinizer for 28th Annual General Meeting. 4. The Cutoff date for E- Voting will be on Monday, September 19, 2022. The register of members and the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to Monday September 26, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
