| Amarnath Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 inter- alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company along with limited review report for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024 and / or to discuss and any other business / matter with the permission of chair. Further, we would like to inform you that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours of the conclusion of Board meeting. | |
