We are hereby enclosing the intimation for closure of trading window. <BR> <BR> The trading window for the purpose of dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, January 1, 2021 up to 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. <BR> <BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors, to approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly all connected/ designated persons and their relative are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
