Resignation Mr. Ajaykumar Gupta (DIN: 07542693) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-executive Director of the Company in consonance with the same, we hereby inform you said meeting of the Board of Directors of Ambassador Intra Holdings Limited ("the Company") has been postponed and rescheduled on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 due to unavoidable circumstances. | |
