Dear Sir/Ma'am<BR> <BR> This is further to our letter dated 23.11.2020 forwarding a copy of our postal ballot notice.<BR> <BR> The postal ballot was conducted by the Company pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended, for obtaining approval of members on the resolutions, as stated in the said notice.<BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that M/s V Jhawar & Co., a frim of Practising Company Secretaries, Scrutiniser appointed for conducting the postal ballot process, has submitted his report to the Chairman of the Company and the result of the postal ballot has been announced by the Chairman today, i.e. on 24.12.2020.<BR> <BR> As per the scrutiniser''s report, the resolution have been passed by the members with the requisite majority.<BR> We enclosed a copy of the scrutiniser''s report and a statement containing details of voting results.<BR> <BR> We request you to take the above on record and that the same be treated as compliance under applicable regulation(s) under the SEBI Listing Regulations.
