On the recommendation of the Audit Committee and pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Board has approved the appointment of M/s. B.B. Gusani & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 140785W), (Peer Review Number: 013043), as Statutory Auditors of the Company. M/s. B.B. Gusani & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 140785W) vide their consent letter dated August 08, 2022, have confirmed their eligibility for appointment. On appointment, M/s. B.B. Gusani & Associates Chartered Accountants (FRN: 140785W) will hold the office from the conclusion of Board Meeting held on August 08, 2022 till the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
