| Amrapali Capital And Finance Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated May 17, 2024, please note that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company that was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, is rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons/circumstances and now will take place on Thursday, May 30, 2024, inter-alia to consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2024 of the financial year 2023-24, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Pursuant to our intimation dated May 17, 2024; the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public; Inter-alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2024 of the financial year 2023-24. | |
