Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR Regulations'), the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. June 21, 2024 at 14:00 and concluded at 14:30, and has inter alia considered and approved the following on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee: 1) Appointment of Ms. Mahima Goyal, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. June 21, 2024. Further the details required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in Annexure - I.
