In terms of Rule 7 of the Companies (CAA) Rules, 2016 read with any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, please find enclosed herewith the copies of the newspaper advertisements by the Company in English Daily 'Financial Express', Ahmedabad edition and Gujarati Edition dated November 27, 2021, in accordance with the statutory requirements and as directed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, vide its order dated September 13, 2021 read with Order dated November 16, 2021, regarding convening the NCLT Convened Meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Company on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 3.00 p.m. IST and 4.30 p.m. IST respectively, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, to approve the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Demerger between Amrapali Industries Limited Demerged Company and Amrapali Asset Reconstruction Company Private Limited Resulting Company and their respective shareholders and creditors.
