| We have received intimation under Regulation 7(2)(a) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from M/s Amrit Banaspati Company Private Limited alongwith other Promoter Acquirers, namely Naresh Kumar Bajaj, Ashwini Kumar Bajaj, Vikram Kumar Bajaj and A. K. Bajaj Investment Private Limited, vide their letter dated May 09, 2022 about the change in shareholding in our Company, M/s. Amrit Corp. Limited pursuant to acquisition of equity shares of Company under voluntary delisting offer made by the promoters acquirers in accordance with the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulation, 2021. After taking above acquisition, Promoters' shareholding including other promoters and persons acting in concert is 92.74% of the Equity Share Capital of the Company | |
