AMTEK AUTO LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/09/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our earlier Announcement dated September 13, 2021, regarding Notice of postponement of Meeting and closing of Trading Window, which was postponed and rescheduled to be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, to approve inter alia audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021, we hereby inform you that meeting has been again postponed and rescheduled on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
