In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th April, 2022, has recommended re-appointment of M/s. Khimji Kunverji & Co. LLP, (Firm Registration no. 105146W/W100621) as a statutory auditors for a second term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2022 till the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. M/s. Khimji Kunverji & Co. LLP is an Audit Firm catering to various clients in diverse sectors.
