This is with reference to the captioned subject and in continuation to the intimation filed by the Company regarding submission of application under Regulation 31A(9) of the Listing Regulations on October 05, 2021 with your good office, it may please be noted that the Company has submitted a revised application as advised by your good offices to National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for reclassification of Mr. Anil Sarin, Mrs. Sharda Sarin, Mr. Amar Sarin, Ms. Saloni Sarin, Ms. Sunaini Sarin, Mr. Heera Lal Bhasin, and Anil Sarin HUF from Promoter Category to Public Category pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A(10) of the Listing Regulations.
