In terms of our letter dated 30th June, 2020, it was confirmed that Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd., was not a "Large Corporate" for the beginning of the financial year 2020-21, pursuant to the criteria specified in the said SEBI Circular. Hence, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure for incremental borrowings in Annexure B1 to the said SEBI Circular for the financial year ended 2020-21, is not applicable.
