Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 16, 2022 has approved the allotment of 126,946 equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10 each to the eligible employees of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands at Rs. 830,721,210 comprising of 83,072,121 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
