| ANIK INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations') a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th February, 2024, at the Corporate office of the Company inter alia to consider and approve the following businesses: 1. Un-audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. To take on record the Statutory Auditors' Limited Review Report for the Un-audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2023; 3.
