To consider & approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024. 2. To take on record the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024. 3.
