We would like to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday 01st day of April, 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Annual/half yearly/Quarterly Financial Results for the Annual/half year/quarter ended on 31st March, 2021.<BR> <BR> All the Directors, KMP s, Designated Employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.<BR> <BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Annual/half yearly/Quarterly financial results of the Company for the Annual/half year/quarter ended on 31st March, 2021 will be informed in due course.<BR> <BR> You are requested to please take on record above said information for your reference.
