| Anjani Foods Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 & 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 12, 2024, inter alia to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. 2. Any other business with the permission of the chair.
