Approved the Audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 together with Auditors' Reports of the Statutory Auditors. The copies of the same are enclosed herewith. 2. In compliance with the provisions of the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors M/s. Anandam & Co, Chartered Accountants, have issued the Audit reports with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. 3. Appointed M/s. D. Hanumanta Raju & Co., Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. 4. Appointed M/s. Siva Prasad VRKS & Co., Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. | |
