Ref: 7025170 Acknowledgement of earlier submission. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Ms. Niki Sourabh Patawari has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with immediate effect. The resignation letter shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. Details under Regulations 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 as attached as Annexure-A.
