We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today has, subject to approval of members in the ensuring Annual General Meeting (AGM), approve the reappointment of R.S. Prabhu & Associates. Chartered Accountant (Firm registration No. 127010W) as the Statutory Auditor of the- Company to hold the office of the Statutory Auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
