We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, January 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after disclosure of results to the Stock Exchanges, inter-alia, for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 for all the Designated Persons and Insiders as per the Company's code.<BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR>
