Copies of Auditors Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 3 Declaration with respect to unmodified opinion of the Statutory Auditors. In the above Board meeting, the Board also approved the following :B) 1. Appointment of Shri Vijay Talwar as Additional Director (Independent).2. Re-appointment of Smt. Suman Dahiya as an Independent Director. 3. Postal Ballot Notice dated 30.05. 2024. 4. That the Directors have recommended dividend @ 10% for the Year ended 31.03.2024.5.
