In terms of Company''s 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and further to our earlier intimation dated 31st December, 2022, the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) which commenced with effect from 1st January, 2023 shall continue to remain closed till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2022.
