Pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s securities will remain closed with effect from Monday, April 01, 2024. The closure is in connection with the finanlization of financial statements/results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
