| Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, 14th February, 2022, has inter -alia approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2021, prepared under Ind AS, as recommended by the Audit Committee; In this connection, we herewith enclose the following documents: 1. Un-Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2021; 2. Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Boda Ramam & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees/ insiders of the Company till 16th February, 2022. The Trading Window shall re-open from 17th February, 2022. Request you to take the above information on record. | |
