APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 23, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on August 04, 2014. The specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Companys equity shares during the aforesaid period.<br/><br/>Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Officers / Designated employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period.
