Apollo Finvest India Ltd has informed BSE that Ms Preeti Jain, an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company has resigned w.e.f. March 15, 2016.<BR><BR>To fill the casual vacancy caused due to this resignation, Mr. Akash Valia has been appointed u/s 161(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 as an Independent Director of the Company by Circular Resolution dated April 01, 2016.
